Founders/Owners

Misty Monk, "the entrepreneur", has been an innovative and agile business owner for over 20 years.  She has led multiple start-ups in the healthcare, technology and energy industries, many of which have been taken public and continue to thrive today.  She is currently the owner and CEO of a physician staffing company, where she brings a professional yet personalized work experience for Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians across the country.  She is also active in the energy industry, where she has helped global energy companies identify and hire the high level of talent needed to execute multi-billion dollar projects all over the world.   

Jeff Monk, "the corporate executive", has been an established presence in the energy industry for over 20 years.  He has held multiple VP and senior executive leadership roles in some of the worlds largest corporations, including Siemens, General Electric and Microsoft Corporation.  His relationships span the entire C-Suite of some of the largest companies in the world.  In addition to his leadership role with Misjef Holdings, Jeff continues to serve as a senior executive at Microsoft Corporation, leading their efforts in the global energy business.  

Between them, Jeff and Misty have 6 children and 2 grandchildren.  They currently reside in Kingwood, Texas, a suburb of Houston.  They are avid golfers and can manage to find a golf course near any destination that their travels may take them.  In their personal time, they are very active in the lives of their 16 year old daughter and 17 year old son, who are in High School.  Their oldest daughter is an employee of Misty's staffing company.  Or you may find them visiting their daughter at the University of Arkansas, who is also employed by the staffing company, or their son at Texas A&M.  In some cases, they may even be on a military base visiting their son who serves in the United States Marine Corp.
